This Cape features a new full dormer providing an immense master bedroom, ends on a cul-de-sac and backs up to peaceful woods. (You’ll never know that you’re in the city—unless you take the 10-minute walk to downtown Burlington.) Our favorite space is the warm and cozy winter room in the basement, complete with bar and wood-burning stove.

The best thing about the house, however, is the neighborhood. It’s amazing, and you won’t want to leave. If we get our way, actually, we’re going to remain on the street for years to come (though in a larger house to accommodate our growing family).
